I have a launch date.

Well folks, my first video has a release date. I am going live with my first recipe on Friday, June 16th. I am excited because I have been working towards this journey of helping low income households improve their diet and ultimately, their health, for a long time now.

My own battle with depression and anxiety has made getting to this point a challenge, but here we are, less than a month away from my own personal deadline.
